Lopez in Motion Apps is a project by Alex López / lopezalex. This notice explains data handling on this portal.

Account and access

We store your name, email, hashed password, hashed recovery key and assigned access to manage your account and applications. Your email is not considered verified. Sessions use a secure technical cookie; we do not add advertising or analytics cookies.

Newsletter

We subscribe you only when you explicitly request it. We store your email, language, date and consent version. You can unsubscribe from your account with the same email. Every campaign must include its unsubscribe link before sending. This portal does not automatically send campaigns or welcome emails.

Enquiries and retention

We use enquiry data to respond and manage your interest in the apps. Account data is kept while the account is active or needed to manage access; newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Backups may retain earlier data until their next rotation. We do not sell your data.

Contact and rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data from Alex López through this website’s contact form, identifying your account email. We will verify identity before acting. For other enquiries, use the contact published at lopezalex.es.

Infrastructure and payments

This portal is hosted on Alex’s VPS. Hosting and technical logs are used to provide and protect the service. Automatic payments and shared authentication with other applications are not active. Landing page prices are illustrative. Final terms will be published before paid subscriptions open.
